Shipping policy

Every dot&hana garment is individually sewn in my garden studio.

• Ready to Ship: Items currently in stock will be dispatched within 2–3 working days.

 

• Made-to-Order: For pieces tailored specifically for you, please allow 2–3 weeks for your garment to be cut, sewn, and finished before dispatch. I will always keep you updated on the progress of your order.

I’m currently posting to UK addresses only.

UK Shipping: Shipping is a flat fee of £4.95. All orders are sent via Royal Mail (Tracked 24/48/Signed For). You will receive a tracking number once your parcel is on its way.
